Charlene Anne Wilson, affectionately known as "Char," passed away peacefully on the morning of July 27, 2026, at the age of 75.

Born and raised in Renton, Washington, Charlene spent her life surrounded by the community she loved. She devoted many years of dedicated service to the Veterans Administration, where she found purpose in helping those who had served our country.

Charlene had a creative spirit and a generous heart. She found joy in sewing and crafting, often creating beautiful handmade treasures for those she loved. She had a deep appreciation for Native American culture, adored her cats, and never passed up the opportunity to add another special item to one of her many collections. She had a way of finding beauty and meaning in the little things, and her home reflected the life she built through the memories and treasures she gathered over the years.

More than anything, Charlene loved her family. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Carolyn and Cheryl. She leaves behind her sister, Claudia; her children, Shauna and Russell; her six cherished grandchildren; and her three beloved great-grandchildren. Her love, wisdom, and the memories she created with each of them will continue to live on in their hearts.

Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we are grateful for the years we shared with her. Her creativity, warmth, quiet strength, and love for her family and the things she held dear will never be forgotten.

In accordance with Charlene's wishes, no funeral services will be held. A private gathering for close family and friends will be held to celebrate her life and honor the memories she leaves behind.
