Christopher Jared Howard was born on December 7, 1980 in Frankfurt, Germany and passed away on August 20, 2023 in Olympia, Washington. Chris was a free spirit who loved to travel and be outdoors with nature. He had a soft spot for animals and would always be willing to help when he could. He was very outgoing and never shy with his words. He is survived by his parents, Maren and Clifford Howard of Junction City, KS. His daughter, Jayleonna Thornton of Darrington WA. Also survived by his brother, Marcus Howard of Overland Park, KS, grandfather David Howard of Pike Road, Alabama and Eleanor Guice (aunt), Tiffany and Ellice Guice (cousins) Pike Road, Al. Joerg and Anette Bernhardt (uncle and aunt), Baunatal , Germany.  Walter Bernhardt and Klaus Kuhn (uncles) Frankfurt Germany, Brittany Howard (Sister in Law), Sebastian Howard (nephew) Overland Park, KS.
