Darrel Dean Drake, born January 13, 1941,and passed away on August 2nd 2023. Darrel was the youngest child born to Clark Manley Drake and Alma Beryl Drake- Smith on the farm in Pettibone, ND. He was preceded in death by his father Clark and mother Beryl, as well as all of his siblings(and their spouses); Sisters; Edna, Ione, Faye, Rebecca (Betty), Shirley and Myrtle. Brothers, Bill, Guy and Francis. Darrel moved to the PNW in the 50`s and enlisted, at the age of 17, to serve in the US Army for 9 years. After he discharged he worked for Weyerhaeuser Pulp Mill for 23 years. When the mill closed Darrel became a long haul truck driver and he loved to be out on the open road, where he visited family whenever he could until he retired. He is survived by his three children, Sharon, Kent and Frances, their families and numerous nieces and nephews. May God be with you ~RIP.
