Francis "Mike" Winn was born on January 6, 1979. He passed away on February 12, 2024, at Ft Lewis, at the age of 45. Francis worked as a warehouse associate. He was a part of Reconcile Christian fellowship in Randle, Washington. Mike enjoyed bowling, playing pool, darts, a sports fan, especially his Seattle Seahawks. He leaves behind his brother, David Nielsen, sister-in-law, Cheryl, uncle, Butch, Neice, Aliene, nephew, Daniel, many cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
