Jeanne Rosita Zuniga was born on June 19, 1968, in Peoria, Illinois. She passed away on September 21, 2023, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 55. Jeanne worked as Transportation Supervisor for Seattle public schools. Jeanne "Rosa" Zuniga was a very loving hardworking woman. She loved her job and what she did and always went above and beyond. Rosa was loved by so many. She was a great mother and always did what she could for the whole family. She loved working (anything to keep her busy) watching her favorite shows, driving to see views, and spending time with her granddaughter and other family and friends.

Jeanne is survived by her mother, Betty Jean Oakley, sisters: Betty Watson, Mildred Watson, daughters: Veronica Gonzalez-Zuniga,
Rosa Marie Diaz, Granddaughter, Maliyah Gonzalez-Zuniga.
