Kathleen Ann Otis was born on January 18, 1958 in Walnut Creek, California and passed away on November 30, 2025 in Kenmore, Washington. A fiercely independent and intelligent woman. Kathy worked as a project manager before she retired. She loved the holidays and traveled all around the world along and with family. She was known for her strong will and sharp mind. Her hobbies were traveling, animals, horses, and learned how to wire her own house with electricity. She is survived by her daughters, Rain, Rachel, Lauren and Roxanne. Her sisters, Cindy and Pam. Also survived by her grandchildren, Dominic, Jackson, Ciaran and nephew Jerry.
