Kathryn Eileen Buckley was born on August 31, 1954, in Renton, Washington. She passed way on June 6, 2024, in Renton at the age of 69. Kathryn was the third child of Marion and Douglas Buckley. Kathy attended Issaquah schools, graduating from Issaquah High School in 1973. Kathy has one daughter, Letha, born in 1978. In 2000 Kathy went to college and graduated with her paraeducator certificate. Kathy enjoyed her grandsons and was very proud of both of them. She loved animals, especially her little dog, Daisy. Her hobbies included gardening, trying new recipes and working puzzle books. Kathy collected all things pigs.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Marian and Douglas, sister, Claudia. She is survived by her brother, Ken (Pam) of Covington, daughter, Letha of Renton, and two grandsons, Brayden and Brody Steffey of Bonney lake. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
