Kelly Grace Blankenship was born on July 27, 1988, in Renton, Washington to James and Patricia Blankenship. She passed away in Seattle, Washington, on April 29, 2023, at the age of 34. Kelly was the youngest of eight and was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome at the age of 4. At age 18, Kelly graduated from Liberty High School in Renton. Shortly after, she moved to Woodinville's group home for individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome and was cared for by the Camelot Society. Kelly loved animals, especially dogs. She enjoyed collecting Beanie Babies, playing cards and spending time with her family. She was an excellent swimmer, avid reader and loved amusement parks.

She leaves behind her mother, Patricia "Pat" Blakenship, brothers; James and Ryan Blankenship, sisters; Ann Ervin, Janet Whitcomb, Christine Buhler, Loretta Thompson, Vicky Ortman. Kelly is preceded in death by her father, James Thomas Blankenship.

A viewing will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Celebration Foursquare Church, 11840 148th Ave SE, Renton, Washington. A service will be held at that same location at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be follow at 2:00 PM at Mt Olivet Cemetery, 100 Blaine Ave. NE, Renton, Washington.
