Lily Florence (Kenoyer) Des Jardins, age 90, entered her heavenly home on August 30, 2024. She was born on November 26, 1933, in Albion, Washington, to Antrim and Delma (Kennison) Kenoyer. She was the second of three daughters.
Lily met Wilbur (Bill) Des Jardins at Huntington College in Indiana, and they married on November 19, 1954. They moved to Buckley in 1964, ultimately sharing 68 years together in their own home before he passed away in 2023.

Lily loved people and made many lifelong friends. Her interests included Bible study, music, playing the piano, gardening, antiquing, and doll collecting. She loved the Lord and loved sharing her faith with others. She was active in church her whole life and enjoyed playing the piano for church services and other events as needed. She had a heart for seeing the love of Christ spread as far and wide as possible, so she supported missionaries around the world. She will be remembered for her spunky and forthright personality.

Lily is survived by son, Craig Des Jardins; daughters Vicki Des Jardins and Carol Des Jardins Beam; grandson, Nicholas (Kelli) Shipman; granddaughter Bonnie (Beau) Butaud; grandson Jack Beam; great granddaughters Josephine Butaud and Clara Butaud; sister June (Kenoyer) Rodman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Loved ones who preceded her in death include parents, Antrim and Delma (Kennison) Kenoyer; husband, Wilbur (Bill) Des Jardins; and sister, Eva-Mae (Kenoyer) Martin.
