Marlene Mae Wright was born on September 21, 1936 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and passed away on July 17, 2025 in Kent, Washington. Marlene married John J Wright on September 26, 1959 until John's passing on August 11, 2010 (51 years). Marlene was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Des Moines, WA. She loved flowers, gardening, and spending time with her friends. She is survived by her children, Lawrence (Sharon) Wright of Auburn, WA, Thomas (Sandy) Wright of Meridian, ID, and Debra Bateham of Renton, WA. Also survived by her grandchildren, Alicia (Lawrence) & Amber (Thomas). She will be inurned at Tahoma National Cemetery.
