Michael Robert Mills was born on August 14, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to Herbert and Frances Mills. Michael passed away on May 14, 2023 in Everett, Washington. Michael served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1974. Mike was estranged from his immediate family. He enjoyed hiking and mountain climbing. He shared his resources with individuals he determined as needy. Mike will be missed by his family and will always be carried in our hearts and minds. He is survived by his father, Herbert Mills of Texas, his mother Frances Mills of Virginia. Also survived by his brother, Scott Mills of Virginia and sister Lisa Sidney of Virginia.
