It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Patricia L. Thomas on October 12, 2023, after a courageous battle with multiple illnesses over the last few years. Patricia, born on November 9, 1940, in Council Bluff, Iowa and lived the rest of her childhood in Bald Knob, Arkansas, leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Danielle (Tom) and Desiree (Don), as well as her four cherished grandchildren: Aspen (Cameron), Sam, Reilley, and Connor, and her great-grandchild, River. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Charlotte Alston, and her son, Barry.  She lovingly shared the charm of her Southern Midwest upbringing with her four siblings: Tom (Gene), Gil (Linda), Cindy, and Steve (Kay), forging strong bonds of care and affection that ran deep within their hearts.

Patricia retired in Tenino, Washington, where she spent many meaningful years with her son, Barry. A dedicated Realtor for most of her life, Patricia also had a deep passion for boating and baking. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and comfort, where she delighted in creating delicious treats like apple pies, brownies, and cinnamon rolls being her signature specialties. Her cherished recipes are available to share with those who wish to carry on her traditions.

A private family service is planned to celebrate Patricia's life, where we will come together to honor the beautiful moments we shared with her.
