Richard Lee Pritchard passed away peacefully in his sleep due to complications from multiple health issues on September 7, 2023.

He was born to Fred and Yaeko (Ishikawa) Pritchard at U.S. Naval Hospital, Great Lakes, Illinois on December 3, 1956.

He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Peggy) and David; nieces, Jennifer (Brad) and Aleta (Rob); nephew, Fred; great-nephews, Kyler and Evan and great-niece, Kaylee.

Richard will always be known for his laughter and gregarious attitude.  He made friends easily and often.  He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping.  Richard also loved to bowl with family and friends.  Although he never bowled a perfect game, he came close a few times and was very proud of his efforts.

At Richard's request, at a later date, a private family service will be held to scatter his ashes.
