Samuel Gustave Velick was born on February 22, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio. He passed away on May 13, 2023, in Renton, Washington, at the age of 67. Samuel was a Veteran/Apprentice Wideband Communications Equipment Specialist.
Hobbies/Other Activities: Growing up as a kid trained black lab retriever's and competed in field trials. Did a lot of bird hunting, and a lot of fishing and making his own fishing lures. Had the love of skiing he started skiing at a young age of about 3years old. Sam did various ski jumps and stunts, along with hang gliding.
