Theda Colleen Poplin was born on August 5, 1932, in Council Grove, Kansas, to Robert and Helen Figley. She passed away on June 4, 2023, in Everett, Washington, at the age of 90. Theda enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, looking at family pictures, playing games on her phone. She also spent time on Facebook, messenger, and liked to read.

Theda leaves behind her sons; Joe Poplin Jr (Ivera), Steve Poplin (Jodee, Soap Lake, WA), David Poplin (Columbia Falls, MT), Daughters; Tamie Bernethy (Greg, Columbia Falls, MT), Sandra Caillouette (Rayman, Lake Stevens, WA), Sisters; Claudia West (Mountain Home, ID), Ellie Stutzman (Arlington, WA), Mischel Simpson (Tulalip, WA), 6 grandkids, 19 great grandkids, 1 great great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.

Theda was preceded in death by her father, Robert Figley SR, mother, Helen Figley, husband, Joe Poplin SR, brother, Robert Figley JR.
