Virginia May Banker set forth on her life journey, June 12, 1947, in Spokane, Washington. She was brought into this world by two loving parents: William F. Nessly Sr. and Betty L. Nessly ( Henery ). 'Ginny', as her family and friends called her, was the fourth child. Brothers and sisters: Mickey, Chuck, Buck, Chick, Judie, Butch, Wyatt, Kathy, with Ginny, all started their lives on a Cattle farm in Deerpark, Washington.

In high school, she was into tennis. Ginny was talked into writing a young Navy man so a friend could talk to his friend. This young Navy man was Edward L Banker. They corresponded for a little while, then he was introduced to the family. After a time away, Ed came back, and they were married. He received orders to Lockwood, New Jersey, and off they went. Ed and Ginny settled down and brought into this world a son (Edward T Banker). Times were hard, but with the love Ginny had for Ed, they persevered. It wasn't too long till they were blessed with another son (John F.J. Banker).

Then soon came new orders to move to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It was a shock to Ginny, but it was a once-in-a-lifetime event for her. Ginny made a good friend, one she could talk with for hours. She was from the Philippines and didn't speak any English. What they had in common was the children. Her oldest was named Eddie, and her youngest was Johnny. Then, after a few years, Ed got new orders to Pensacola, Florida. In Pensacola, Ginny joined the wives' auxiliary and took her place by Ed's side. After 6 years, Ginny finally came home. Washington. First it was Bremerton, then Kent, and last Submarine Base Bangor. There, Ginny was part of the hotline for troubled Military families.

After a few years, Ed received new orders to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As the family matured and her boys got older, she reentered the work force, selling flowers for the Navy Exchange. During this time, Eddie joined the Army Reserves and eventually left. Here, Johnny brought into the family the first grandson (Brandon T. L. Banker). Then, Ed, after a long career in the Navy, retired, and he and Ginny once again went home. They settled down at B Bankers Auto Rebuild and Towing Apartments. At this time, Ginny worked as a Tow Truck Driver picking up Harleys and pulling cars off railroad tracks with the Dinner Train coming around the Bend. And during this period, she was blessed with three more grand-kids: Averian Austin, Angelica Malcom, and Canon B. Banker. Then Ed bought a house, and they retired.

Years went by, and Ed passed away. A few years after that, Johnny passed. With the help of the grand-kids, Ginny started packing up the house and moved into some apartments. After about a year, with the help of Eddie, Ginny moved to a 55-and-over complex. There she met a good friend (Jakeulin Minor). They got along wonderfully. Jackie helped her out and provided a friendship that lasted till the end.

Ginny passed on January 11, 2026.
