Loving son, partner, brother, and uncle, Willie died peacefully in his sleep after a lengthy battle with Emphysema. He was born in Seattle and graduated from Rainier Beach High School. He took his love and talent for drafting and began working for Boeing after graduation.

He helped harvest Macadamia nuts on his family's property in Hawaii for many years and helped manage his parent's rentals here in Seattle. Whatever he was up to, you could be sure that his identical twin brother, David, was not very far behind. There was little that got between Willie and his brother.

Willie leaves behind his loving partner of 23 years, Patti Stanley and their furry canine son, Pounder.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Ridder and is survived by his mother Ruthe and his siblings and their families, Janet Graddon (George), Andy (Helen), Susan Mueller (Johnny), and David.
