William (Bill) Thomas Sumner III was born on October 8, 1960, at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. He passed away in Puyallup, Washington, on September 21, 2023, at the age of 62. Bill graduated from High School and became a welder. He retired 5 years ago as a welder in the construction industry. Bill loved his job, loved the ocean and was a good friend and brother. He liked making decorative metal pieces, playing pool and telling great stories. He leaves behind his sisters, Cynthia, Judith, Jennifer, Dawn. Bill is preceded in death by both his parents. A zoom service will be held at a date to be decided.
