William E. Yocum III was born on March 24, 1956 in Fort Collins, Colorado to William and Etta Yocum. William passed away on July 13, 2023 in Tulalip, Washington. Bill Yocum was a man of many talents.  As a skilled mechanic, without any formal training, he would take on any task by simply taking it apart and analyzing what it took to make it work right.  He was generous with his knowledge and efforts, and was quick to help out anyone any way he could.  Bill was a true wizard with any tools, and loved to build things for himself and others that were clever and useful.  He enjoyed working with models of any scale, especially boats.  Bill Yocum will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.
